By accessing and using the Strat Calculator website ("the Service"), you unreservedly accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Strat Calculator provides an online tool designed to assist users with their strategies and calculations. Features may change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

  • Use the Service legally and in compliance with these terms.
  • Not attempt to access the Service fraudulently or without authorization.
  • Not disrupt the proper functioning of the Service.

4. Account and Security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any activity conducted under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Strat Calculator offers two subscription plans:

  • Standard: €4/month
  • Premium: €6/month

Any subscribed plan remains due, even in case of cancellation. However, no renewal will occur after cancellation. Payments are made monthly and are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Strat Calculator, including text, logos, and graphic elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

7. Setup sharing (Community Setups)

Strat Calculator offers a setup file sharing feature for the game Le Mans Ultimate. Sharing is available to Standard and Premium subscribers; downloading is reserved for Premium subscribers.

  • Any user who shares a setup declares that they are its author, or that they have the right to share it freely.
  • Sharing a setup obtained from a paid or licensed platform (Go Setup, Coach Dave Academy, Trading Paints, etc.) is strictly forbidden and constitutes a copyright infringement against the original rights holder.
  • Any setup reported as infringing may be removed without notice. The responsible account is subject to immediate suspension or termination without refund.
  • Strat Calculator is in no way responsible for setups shared by its users. The platform acts solely as a host and performs no prior review. Responsibility for shared content (origin, rights, quality, compliance) lies entirely with the uploading user.
  • Users can delete their own setups at any time from the "My Setups" page.

8. Limitation of Liability

Strat Calculator is provided "as is," without any guarantee of accuracy or availability. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service, including content shared by users (notably setups in the community library).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any changes via the website or by email.
